Allied Products, LLC is pleased to present the following preliminary/budget pricing for the above referenced project. This pricing is based on industry standard products and specifications FOB factory with the terms, inclusions, and exclusions listed as follows:

SCOPE OF WORK:
Supply, delivery and installation of selected racquetball court components as listed below:

Note: This "Turnkey" Court System Is Designed To Be Installed Within The Shell Of An Existing Building

PAYMENT TERMS:

50% Deposit, 40% Upon Delivery Of Materials (COD), 10% Upon Completion

DETAILS OF INCLUSIONS:

1. Galvanized steel framing materials: 6" x 18 ga. steel studs @ 12" O.C. for the front wall and 16" O.C. for the side and rear walls; and 6" x 16 ga. studs to form a support header above the glass viewing sections (if glass viewing option is selected), and as ceiling joists, spaced 16" O.C. NOTE: Ceiling framing is configured for fluorescent light fixtures placed parallel to the ceiling joists.

2. Court Panels: 55, & 46 lb. Density, T&G, 8' x 4', particleboard/plastic laminate court panels for blind anchoring and gluing to the faces of the steel framing members. The panel thickness and quantities for each court will be as follows:

Panel Weights (per panel): 1-1/8" = 165 lbs., 7/8" = 133 lbs., 9/16" = 110 lbs.


3. Connection materials consisting of: Pl-400 construction adhesive, white silicone for use as seam filler, and all the special screws required for blind anchoring the court panels.

4. Ten 2' x 4' flush mounted, fluorescent racquetball court light fixtures with high impact prismatic lenses. NOTE: Installation of the lights and electrical connections by others.

6. One Wallyball kit, comprised of: net anchor plates (for installing in each side wall), net hooks, net, Wallyball, game instructions, and tote bag.

7. One solid core court door package, each consisting of a 3' wide x 6'-8" high door, 10" x 10" Plexiglas viewport, flush court side pull ring, door closer, and adjustable wood framing.

8. Optional Glass Add-On: One glass, 20' wide x 12' high rear viewing wall, consisting of 1/2"-thick, clear, tempered glass lites, glass stabilizer fins, permanent "Frit" lines, 3' wide x 6'-8" high glass door with positive latch system with knob-set on the exterior and flush pull ring on the interior, connecting hardware and G.E. 1200 joint sealant.

9.One maple racquetball court floor system (800 sq. ft.) consisting of: Second grade and better, 25/32" x 2-1/4" maple hardwood flooring strips, with an underlayment of a 6-mil. polyethylene vapor barrier and rubber cushioned, 2" x 3" x 4' treated wood sleepers for spacing 9" O.C. The maple faces will be sanded, cleaned, sealed with 2 urethane coats, painted with red game lines, and finished with two urethane coats.

10.Freight on all the above materials to the job site, (unloading and stocking the court areas by others).

11.Allied's Non Union, Non Prevailing Wage, installation services for the items as detailed above, except the electrical work on the court lights. Installation services to be performed in one trip to site.

EXCLUSIONS:

A. Permits, Licenses, Local (City) approvals.
B. Prevailing wage, Union labor, Any bonds, Any taxes.
C. Building shell and concrete floor slabs.
D. Leveling of concrete slab to bring within 1/8" +/- in a 10' radius.
E. Wheel chair ramps for ADA requirements, Floor thresholds.
F. Framing above 21 ft. in height.
G. Insulation, HVAC grills.
H. Any fire rated materials.
I. Offsite disposal of construction debris.
J. Custom logos and anything other than standard painted game lines.
K. Gypsum board, Any filler material for the gap at the floor perimeter.
L. Installation of court lights and electrical connections.
M. All finishes outside the court proper, including casing trim.
N. Any glass viewing sections (unless optional glass add-on is selected).
O. Unloading truck and stocking court area.
P. Any demolition.
Q. Any other item not listed in the inclusions.

CONDITIONS, AND PROPOSAL ACCEPTANCE:

LEAD TIME:

Allow four to six weeks from the date Allied Products receives deposit for delivery of materials. Allied Products will not be responsible for any delays caused by delays in deposit payment.

CHANGES:

Any material or labor changes and resulting debits or credits will be itemized and confirmed by a change order from Allied Products, LLC.

SITE CONDITIONS:
Materials Cannot Be Shipped Until Site Conditions Are Met

Building must be sealed and weather-tight. Permanent HVAC must be operating at least 5 days before the delivery of materials. Concrete slab must have cured for at least 30 days prior to delivery of materials and be level within 1/8" +/- in a 10 ft. radius. The G.C. or owner is responsible for providing slab to meet these requirements. HVAC must be operated continuously during and after installation of panels. The temperature range shall be 55 - 80 degrees F, and the relative humidity range shall be 40 to 60 percent. All interior "wet trades" (painting, drywall mudding & taping etc.) must be completed seven days prior to delivery of materials.

WARRANTY:

Panel materials and workmanship shall be warranted by the manufacturer for ten years against defects, and delamination when handled and installed in accordance with manufacturers specifications and procedures. Panel tolerances for racquetball courts shall comply with tolerances as published by the American Amateur Racquetball Association. Panel tolerances for squash courts shall comply with tolerances as published by the World Squash Federation. Damages caused by excessive moisture or mistreatment of the panels is excluded. Installation and floor materials are warranted for a period of one year from the date of installation. All other materials are covered under the specific manufacturers warranties.
